★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvida, um luthier muito habilidoso. No entanto, não foi para mim a melhor pessoa a quem confiar um instrumento de luxo. Devolveu minha Gibson, que levei novinha para regular, com muitos arranhões. E ainda ironizou quando percebeu que eu me desapontara com isso, afirmando, de modo ríspido, que eu não ligava para a sonoridade, mas apenas para o visual da guitarra (que me custou o preço de um carro usado). Diante de todos os elogios que Methall recebe (e, ademais, diante da cordialidade com que me recebeu das outras vezes em que precisei de seus serviços), tenho certeza de que esse atendimento não reflete o seu profissionalismo rotineiro, e o peguei numa semana ruim (como, aliás, alguém me advertiu quando cheguei à Luthieria). Saí chateado, mas paciência.
Without a doubt, a very skilled luthier. However, for me, he was not the best person to entrust a luxury instrument. He returned my Gibson, which I took with me to regulate, with a lot of scratches. And he even joked when he realized that I had been disappointed by this, stating, in a stern way, that I didn't care about the sound, but only about the look of the guitar (which cost me the price of a used car). Given all the praise Methall receives (and, moreover, given the cordiality with which he's received me on other times I've needed his services), I'm sure this service doesn't reflect his routine professionalism, and I got him on a bad week (as, by the way, someone warned me when I arrived at Luthieria). I left upset, but patience.

The work of Methall Guitars is already well known by musicians here in Pernambuco and even in other states. One of the best Lutiers in our region and for many it is the best.
