★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que solicitei serviço com métrica tive um excelente atendimento. Fiquei muito satisfeita com atendimento e serviço prestado. Mas neste último atendimento, infelizmente nao foi da mesma forma. Perderam minhas impressões duas vezes e não ficou conforme solicitei.
The first time I requested a service with metrics I had an excellent service. I was very satisfied with the service and service provided. But in this last service, unfortunately it was not the same way. They lost my impressions twice and it wasn't as I requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa qualidade nos materiais produzidos. Bom atendimento. Estrutura é meio pequena para atendimento, se estiver lotado fica complicado. Atendimento por WhatsApp demora demais para responder, podem melhorar nesse ponto.
Good quality in the materials produced. Good service. Structure is kind of small for service, if it's crowded it gets complicated. WhatsApp service takes too long to respond, they can improve at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao publico, na recepção da loja física, mal te olham e a educação passa longe, depois que pagamos pelo serviço aí que piora a situação, demoram pra lhe enviar o material para aprovação, e pra responderem no whatsapp é uma vida, vc praticamente tem que implorar pra que te respondam, muita falta de respeito com os clientes.
Bad service to the public, at the reception of the physical store, they barely look at you and education passes away, after we pay for the service there that makes the situation worse, they take time to send you the material for approval, and to answer on whatsapp is a life, you you practically have to beg them to answer you, very disrespectful to customers.
