Receberam a comissão de forma adiantada, descumprindo nosso contrato, e até hoje o imóvel não está transferido para o novo proprietário, serviço de acompanhamento de mudança de titularidade que qualquer imobiliária realiza. Agora estou com débitos de IPTU em meu nome me trazendo transtornos.
