★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah pois quando eu liguei para o cemitério hoje o atendente me atendeu foi muito incompreensível eu estava solicitando o meu carnê informei que eu não queria nem para o zap e nem pelo e-mail porque sempre pago as parcela antecipada e ele me informou que não tinha como então me chateei sou cliente há muito tempo e o atendimento foi péssimo de hoje

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estiver no sábado dia 30/10/2020 as 9h e vi o estado de abandono tudo muito sujo 90% das placas todas sem manutenção digo, parafusos muito inferujados sujos a grama seca a falta de água nas árvores estão morrendo. O caminho que vai para o crematório muuuito mato grande ao redor os banheiros sujos e alguns funcionários conversando com tanta coisa pra fazer. Tive que pedir pra limpar e trocar os parafusos inferujados na placa da minha mãe que absurdo nos pagamos em dias e temos que tá pedindo, é obrigação da administração olhar tuuudo isso. Qdo era D. CRISTINA era tuuudo muuuito organizado inclusive em relação a limpeza e manutenção. Senhores ADMINISTRADORES (OU A QUEM POSSA INTERESSAR) Vamos verificar isso, pra onde tá indo o dinheiro? Que não é pouco foi o PIOR erro, foi ter tirado quem trabalha com competência.
I was on Saturday, 10/30/2020 at 9 am and I saw the state of neglect all very dirty 90% of the plates all without maintenance I mean, very dirty screws dirty the dry grass the lack of water in the trees are dying. The path that goes to the crematorium sooo big weeds around the dirty bathrooms and some employees talking with so much to do. I had to ask to clean and replace the screws on my mother's plate, which absurd we paid ourselves in days and we have to ask, it is the duty of the administration to look at it all. When D. CRISTINA was soooo organized, including cleaning and maintenance. ADMINISTRATORS (OR WHO MAY BE INTERESTED) Let's check this out, where is the money going? That it is not a little was the WORST mistake, it was to have removed who works with competence.
