Só acho nao acho honesto cobrar taxa de serviço, sendo que atendimento é função básica de qualquer restaurante, ou seja, atender bem deveria ser pra fazer o cliente voltar e não pra ganhar mais dinheiro naquele momento, além do que já foi gasto com comida. Enfim, isso é uma recomendação. Eu pedi pra cancelarem os 10% e a moça foi muito simpática e tirou na hora.
