Na maioria das vezes, fazemos alguma pergunta pelo WhatsApp disponibilizado para contato e, mesmo visualizando a mensagem, demoram muito pra responder, às vezes cerca de 3 a 4 horas. Sem falar que já me fizeram ir até a loja, me deslocando de Alcobaça a Teixeira de Freitas pra me informarem que não tinham produzido o que pedi por causa da falta de comunicação deles que não passaram a informação necessária. Enfim... precisam se atentar ao respeito com o Cliente.
 They could improve the service. Most of the time, we ask about the WhatsApp available for contact and, even visualizing the message, take a long time to respond, sometimes about 3 to 4 hours. Not to mention that they made me go to the store, moving from Alcobaça to Teixeira de Freitas to let me know that they had not produced what I asked because of their lack of communication, which did not give me the necessary information.
