★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho solicitado sempre OS de serviço desde nossa aquisição em 23 de maio 2016 do condomínio APTO. Alameda Sul 2 ,bairro Parque Sul. A construtora infelizmente tem deixado a desejar virando um pesadelo do nosso tão grande sonho que é ter um lar .De fato todas as OS solicitadas não tem garantia nenhuma,pois sempre temos infiltrações,fisuras, rachaduras,reajuntes e argamassa sem qualidade saindo das cerâmicas, as mesmas estoura e solta em menos de 5 anos .Nada se consegue de qualidade com essa construtora até mesmo os funcionários ao fazer o serviço enrolam nas diária não tem cuidado com nosso bem e o que está dentro usufrui. Porque o serviço é feito com nossas coisas dentro, eles ficam disponibilizando outro Ap que demora a ceder devido a demanda que são tantas que tem que ficar esperando uma vaga .Eles não acomodam o usuário em outra casa,ou apartamento, alugado enquanto fazem a obra ,o serviço ,que é de direito e dever .É um absurdo! Recentemente acredito que a 2 meses atrás pedi a troca das cerâmicas neste ano porque imaginava já o transtorno ,que a propósito a grande maioria passou por solicitar várias vezes a troca e a mesma situação do vício repetir . Eu só peço que por ser um empreendimento que custa tão caro e ainda termos sempre prejuízos pelo trabalho incompleto que a Macedo Fortes faz ,a justiça seja feita . Eu não admito ao virem refazer a minha troca da cerâmica não seja repetido por falta de material de qualidade .Porque foi o que aconteceu comigo em outros OS e com os demais condôminos.
I have always requested OS for service since our acquisition on May 23, 2016 of the APTO condominium. Alameda Sul 2, Parque Sul neighborhood. The construction company has unfortunately left something to be desired, becoming a nightmare of our so big dream that it is to have a home. In fact, all the requested OS have no guarantee, as we always have infiltrations, fissures, cracks, adjustments and mortar without quality coming out of the ceramics, they burst and loose in less than 5 years. Nothing is achieved with this construction company even the employees when doing the service roll in the daily are not careful with our good and what is inside enjoys . Because the service is done with our things inside, they keep providing another Ap that takes time to yield due to the demand that there are so many that have to wait for a vacancy. They do not accommodate the user in another house, or apartment, rented while doing the work , the service, which is right and duty. It is absurd! I recently believe that 2 months ago I asked for the change of ceramics this year because I already imagined the disorder, which by the way the vast majority went through requesting the exchange several times and the same situation of the addiction to repeat. I just ask that because it is such a costly undertaking and we still have losses due to the incomplete work that Macedo Fortes does, justice is done. I do not admit when they come to redo my change of ceramics is not repeated for lack of quality material. Because it was what happened to me in other OS and with the other tenants.
