★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte técnica é péssima! Falaram que meu HD estava com problema, comprei outro HD novo e o problema na verdade estava na memória. Fui em outro loja e meu HD estava ótimo!
The technical part is terrible! They said my hard drive had a problem, I bought another new hard drive and the problem was actually in the memory. I went to another store and my HD was great!

I was poorly attended as soon as I entered the store, by the initial attendant who referred me to another attendant where I was better served. With that, I leave my indignation on the store.

The external service is good, but the service itself: they did nothing with my notebook, said that it had nothing and returned with the same problem - and there were still missing screws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me enrolaram um mês com o produto, e não conseguiram resolver o problema, consegui outro técnico, agilizou em menos de um dia, e cobrou quase 4 vezes menos o valor que a mg havia me passado
They stalled me for a month with the product, and they couldn't solve the problem, I got another technician, expedited it in less than a day, and charged me almost 4 times less the amount that the mg had given me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo etendimento, quando funcionava na Av. Brumado coloquei meu notbook para formatar ele me entregaram com bateria trocada de pessimo estado. Selos violados, sendo q nao fui comunicada de troca de pecas, depois disso meu notbook esquenta e desliga sozinho, depois disse nem consigo usar mais com medo de queimar e perder todos meus arquivos.
Very bad and when it worked on Av. Brumado I put my notebook to format it and they delivered it to me with a battery changed in very bad condition. Stamps violated, since I was not informed of the exchange of parts, after that my notebook heats up and turns off by itself, then I said I can't even use it anymore for fear of burning and losing all my files.
