★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo péssimo atendimento,parece que nem precisa trabalhar fui lá para consertar uma maquina, enquanto um rapaz fazia minha nota, veio um senhor olhou minha maquina que estava com a parte de cima solta,Me tratou com ignorância falou que ia olhar mas que não gosta de mexer em maquina assim por conta da ignorância, falei pra ele que não precisava olhar nada,peguei minha maquina e fui embora porque não era de graça ia pagar o serviço eu respeito todos, até mesmo meu suado (dinheira)
I don't recommend terrible service, it seems that I don't even have to work. I went there to fix a machine, while a guy was making my note, a man came and looked at my machine with the top loose, He treated me with ignorance and said he was going to look but that he didn't likes to work on machines like that because of ignorance, I told him I didn't need to look at anything, I took my machine and left because it wasn't free I would pay for the service I respect everyone, even my sweaty (money)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em nome da minha mãe que é costureira venho reclamar desta loja, que cobrou para arrumar a máquina dela, porém voltou com o mesmo problema. Ao ligar na loja para comentar que o problema não havia sido solucionado o representante lhe tratou de forma grosseira.
Minha mãe não quis o dinheiro de volta, e insistiu para eu não ir lá brigar, mas vou registrar aqui a minha indignação.
Se possível, evitem essa loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um concerto com o Sr pimenta, na máquina da minha vó que está na nossa família a anos, e a mesma nunca tinha apresentado defeitos só estava com a pintura feia e um fio do pedal ruim, pois bem o concerto foi feito pintaram a máquina, tudo certinho pagamos avista em Dinheiro, aproximadamente 1 mês e pouco depois a máquina apresentou defeito de mal contato em uma peça, ligamos para ele marcamos pra ele retornar, mas ele não veio, ligamos ligamos, ele parou de atender o telefone, minha vó chegou a usar a máquina poucas vezes, pois ela e de idade e a máquina é só para pequenos reparos.
Fica aqui minha indignação com a falta de profissionalismo do Sr.
