★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super mal tratada e mal orientada nessa loja. Inicialmente fui atendida por um rapaz muito simpático, educado e prestativo, que chamou o dono da loja para tirar uma dúvida. Ele (Marcio, o dono da loja), então, me atendeu com desagrado e muita má vontade. Apesar de ele ter o cabo que eu precisava, ele disse que ele não poderia me vender, e quando eu perguntei se ele sabia onde eu poderia achar, ele disse que eu não encontraria em lugar nenhum, a não ser que comprasse uma placa de vídeo, pois esse tipo de cabo não se vende avulso. Como lá é uma loja com assistência técnica, o perguntei se caso alguém levasse um computador para a assistência, e o problema fosse só o cabo, se ele falaria pra pessoa que precisaria trocar a placa de vídeo e ele disse que SIM! Isso é roubo! Um problema que poderia ser resolvido com menos de 30 reais, ele transformaria num que custaria mais de 1000, dependendo da placa, mesmo sem necessidade. Muito mal caráter!! Não recomendo a ninguém essa loja!!! Encontrei o cabo que eu precisava na rua 9, loja Pontocom. Custou 25 reais e fui muito bem atendida.
I was super badly treated and misdirected in this store. Initially I was attended by a very friendly, polite and helpful guy, who called the store owner to ask a question. He (Marcio, the store owner) then answered me with disgust and much ill will. Although he had the cable I needed, he said he couldn't sell me, and when I asked if he knew where I could find it, he said I wouldn't find it anywhere, unless I bought a video card , because this type of cable is not sold separately. As there is a shop with technical assistance, I asked him if someone took a computer for assistance, and the problem was just the cable, if he would tell the person that he would need to change the video card and he said YES! This is theft! A problem that could be solved with less than 30 reais, it would transform into one that would cost more than 1000, depending on the card, even without need. Very bad character !! I don't recommend this store to anyone !!! I found the cable I needed at 9th Street, Pontocom store. It cost 25 reais and I was very well attended.
