As duas vezes liguei para saber o que estava acontecendo e a Vanessa, que responde pelo atendimento, não soube me dizer se eles viriam. Não há necessidade de fazer uma pessoa esperar. Basta avisar que não é possível! Falta de profissionalismo!
 Twice they made an appointment with me and left me waiting for over an hour.
