★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente impossível agendar uma consulta com a unidade da barra da tijuca, telefone da sempre ocupado e quando finalmente começa a chamar eles atendem e desligam na sua cara.
 It's simply impossible to schedule an appointment with the Barra da Tijuca unit, the phone is always busy and when you finally start calling they answer and hang up in your face.

Marquei na MHR da Avenida Abelardo Bueno e chegando lá, a recepcionista me fala que a psicóloga não sabia da minha consulta se eu podia esperar até ela se arrumar e chegar,quase uma hora depois chegou se desculpando e tal,achei que ia ser atendida prontamente, só que não, passou uma pessoa na minha frente,fui embora...
Na segunda marquei para MHR da Barra,chegando lá, a psicóloga que eu estava marcada me liga dizendo que não estava marcada e ficou sabendo da minha consulta naquela hora,enfim,peguei minha carteirinha e fui embora,desisto!
Péssimo 10 vezes!!!!

I dialed at MHR Avenida Abelardo Bueno and arriving there, the receptionist tells me that the psychologist did not know of my appointment if I could wait until she got ready and arrive, almost an hour later apologizing and such, I thought it would be answered promptly but not, someone passed in front of me, I left ...
In the second I marked for MHR da Barra, getting there, the psychologist I was scheduled calls me saying that was not scheduled and was aware of my appointment at that time, finally, I took my card and left, I give up!
Terrible 10 times !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!! Desorganização total e falta de profissionalismo! Fiz a entrevista para iniciar o tratamento do meu filho. Logo na primeira consulta, chegamos e demos de cara com a porta!! A secretaria não estava e muito menos o psicólogo. Liguei na segunda para confirmar a consulta de quinta, expliquei que ele disse que mudaria de filial. Mas a mesma disse que seria somente na próxima semana, que essa estava certa a consulta oito e meia da manhã! Estamos aqui, sem atendimento, perdi a manhã no trabalho e gastei dinheiro de aplicativo para ir e voltar da barra a Taquara! Péssima a matriz do centro empresarial Barra shopping! Fiquei ligando para as filiais pra ter notícias do que ser feito!! Até q consegui explicação com a Carol ótima atendendo em Copacabana, que ele estava no Méier em atendimento e não aqui hoje. Treinem melhor suas secretarias. É um consultório psicológico que atende crianças, ninguém vai atoa!
Terrible!! Total disorganization and lack of professionalism! I did the interview to start my son's treatment. Right at the first appointment, we arrived and ran into the door !! The secretary was not there, much less the psychologist. I called Monday to confirm Thursday's appointment, explained that he said he would change his branch. But she said that it would only be next week, that this was right at the eight thirty in the morning! We are here, without assistance, I lost the morning at work and spent money from the app to get to and from the bar in Taquara! The headquarters of Barra shopping business center sucks! I was calling the branches to get news of what to do !! I even got an explanation from Carol, who was excellent in Copacabana, that he was in Méier in attendance and not here today. Train your secretaries better. It is a psychological office that serves children, no one will come for it!

Triste saber que existem médicos, principalmente nesta especialidade que atuam de forma mecânica, fria, praticamente uma "máquina de dar receituário".
Não recomendo.
Terrible experience with Dr Juliana.
Sad to know that there are doctors, especially in this specialty, who work in a mechanical, cold way, practically a "prescription machine".
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje estive na clínica consulta com Dr Juliana M. Andrade. Esperei por 1 a para ser atendida pois a mesma estava em atraso por conta de uma emergência. Não fui informada desse atraso de imediato . Após 1 hora fui atendida, médica fria, não foi colhedora , foi fazendo perguntas e anotando. Um papel sem olhar para minha cara. Como disse o comentário anterior uma máquina de receita. Sai de lá pior do que estava . Nunca vi um psiquiatra tão frio. Não indico para ninguém.
Today I was at the clinic consulting with Dr Juliana M. Andrade. I waited for 1st to be attended because it was delayed due to an emergency. I was not informed of this delay immediately. After 1 hour I was seen, a cold doctor, she was not a harvester, she was asking questions and taking notes. A paper without looking at my face. As the previous review said a recipe machine. Get out of there worse than it was. I have never seen a psychiatrist so cold. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Estive na clínica para uma consulta às 10h30, espera de mais de uma hora no salão de entrada do prédio sem a possibilidade de saber o motivo do atraso. Só consegui contato ligando para a clínica, na qual, fui informada que a doutora Juliana teve um imprevisto (pelos comentários abaixo ela tem imprevisto recorrentes) e estava atrasa com os atendimentos. Fiquei esperando por 1h30 e desisti do atendimento. Péssimo atendimento.
I do not recommend. I was at the clinic for an appointment at 10:30 am, waiting for over an hour in the lobby of the building without the possibility of knowing the reason for the delay. I only managed to get in touch by calling the clinic, where I was informed that Dr Juliana had an unforeseen event (from the comments below she has recurring unforeseen events) and was late with the appointments. I waited for 1h30 and gave up the service. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei minha amiga para a primeira consulta e ela ficou 1 HORA aguardando na recepçao do prédio EM PÉ pois NAO A DEIXARAM ENTRAR na clinica. Descobriu que agendaram 2 pessoas no mesmo horário (sem ser encaixe) e depois de uma hora ainda tinham mais 3 pessoas antes de ser atendida. Sendo uma clínica que deveria CUIDAR DO PSICOLOGICO, NAO RECOMENDO porque você já passa o estresse sem nem conseguir ser atendida.
I accompanied my friend to the first appointment and she was waiting for 1 HOUR at the reception of the building STANDING because THEY WON'T LET HER ENTER the clinic. Discovered that they booked 2 people at the same time (without being a slot) and after an hour they still had 3 more people before being attended to. Being a clinic that should take care of the PSYCHOLOGICAL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it because you already go through the stress without even being able to be attended.
