Product quality and printing does not match what is presented. The print came very misaligned, which unfortunately didn't look good for me to deliver my clients.

Era pra ser um momento de homenagem na empresa, os copos vieram horríveis, com aspectos de velho, a impressão da arte mal feita, com muitas falhas, trincados, impossível dar aquilo pra homenagear algum colaborador. Tentei ter meu dinheiro de volta, mas como toda empresa que sonega imposto no país, esta também acha que está correta em alegar que simplesmente "não devolve dinheiro", mesmo o produto sendo totalmente diferente do que foi proposto em termos de qualidade. Enfim, PROCON acionado. Só aguardar.
Guys, seriously, a lot of positive comments here, but I think I was the only one who was unlucky. Worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life. It was supposed to be a moment of tribute in the company, the glasses came horrible, with old looks, the impression of poorly made art, with many flaws, cracked, impossible to give that to honor a collaborator. I tried to get my money back, but like every company that evades tax in the country, this one also thinks it's correct in claiming that it simply "does not refund money", even though the product is totally different from what was proposed in terms of quality. Finally, PROCON activated. Just wait.
