★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa localização no Polo Caruaru. Em frente à praça dos brinquedos e e eventos do centro de compras. Produtos de qualidade e a preços competitivos. Minha esposa gosta dos produtos de lá. Bom atendimento. Só não tira nota máxima na minha avaliação porque não dá desconto para pagamento à vista. Mesmo assim, indico e recomendo.
Good location in Polo Caruaru. In front of the toys and events square of the shopping center. Quality products and competitive prices. My wife likes the products there. Good service. It just doesn’t get top marks in my assessment because it doesn’t give a discount for cash payment. Even so, I recommend and recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse a opção "estrela negativa" eu usaria agora. Simplesmente péssima a qualidade das lingeries e a política de troca pior ainda. Tive a infelicidade de comprar 2 sutiãs para a minha noiva, que ficaram pequenos, lá não tem provador, ela provou no banheiro do polo Caruaru (complexo onde está situada essa loja), voltamos à loja 10 minutos depois e já informaram que só fariam troca pelo mesmo modelo, tamanho maior, SÓ QUE NÃO TINHA TAMANHO MAIOR NA LOJA, daí queriam que eu levasse um outro modelo, que segundo a vendedora e a gerente da loja, já era uma abertura de excessão para nós, já que a Michelle Lingerie, só realiza trocas de peças por outras de mesmo modelo e referência. Apesar de saber que lojas físicas gozam da liberdade de não serem obrigadas a realizar trocas, como a loja não tinha modelo adequado, eu esperava que tivessem o bom senso de devolver o meu dinheiro ao invés de esperar que eu comprasse um ítem que não serviria. Mostrei fotos, conversei e nada. A vendedora chegou a dizer que o problema deveria ser no corpo da minha noiva, que o modelo do sutiã em questão sempre vendia bem (não tenho nem palavras pra descrever o absurdo que achei tal comentário e deixei isso claro para a vendedora). Pegamos outro modelo, que foi a única "opção" dada, mas ele também não serviu, pois devido à falta de qualidade da peça, ao ajustar as alças ele simplesmente subia por completo nas costas da minha noiva. Voltei à loja pela segunda vez e aí me disseram que não devolveriam o valor porque paguei no cartão e o tempo máximo de estorno era de 30 minutos...percebam que poderiam ter cancelado da primeira vez que retornei, mas se recusaram tentando forçar uma compra injusta. Após MUITA conversa sem êxito, eu já estava me dispondo a publicar um vídeo da situação, só então a gerente resolveu fazer o meu estorno, passei mais de 1h na loja pra resolver algo que era simples. Não voltarei e tampouco recomendo essa loja. Acabei comprando na Anita lingerie, localizada bem próxima e com Variedade, atendimento e qualidade superior. Fica a dica!

I was unfortunate enough to buy 2 bras for my fiancee, who were small, there is no fitting room, she tried it in the bathroom at the Caruaru center (complex where this store is located), we went back to the store 10 minutes later and already informed that they would only make changes by the same model, bigger size, ONLY THAT HAS NO LARGE SIZE IN THE STORE, so they wanted me to take another model, which according to the seller and the store manager, was already an exception opening for us, since Michelle Lingerie, only exchanges parts for others of the same model and reference. Despite knowing that physical stores enjoy the freedom of not being obliged to make exchanges, as the store did not have an adequate model, I hoped that they would have the good sense to return my money instead of waiting for me to buy an item that would not serve. I showed photos, talked and nothing. The saleswoman went so far as to say that the problem should be with my fiancee's body, that the model of the bra in question always sold well (I have no words to describe the absurdity that I found such a comment and made it clear to the seller). We took another model, which was the only "option" given, but it also didn't fit, because due to the lack of quality of the piece, when adjusting the straps it simply went up completely on my bride's back. I went back to the store a second time and then they told me that they would not return the amount because I paid on the card and the maximum chargeback time was 30 minutes ... realize that they could have canceled the first time I returned, but they refused trying to force a purchase unfair. After A LOT of unsuccessful conversation, I was already willing to publish a video of the situation, only then the manager decided to make my chargeback, I spent more than 1h in the store to solve something that was simple. I won't be back and I don't recommend this store either. I ended up buying at Anita lingerie, located very close and with variety, service and superior quality. Here's the tip!
