★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei pegar um desconto na minha mensalidade ou aumentar a velocidade da internet com o mesmo valor, vendo que o concorrente tem a mesma velocidade que tenho hoje com menor valor, mais sempre que entrei em contato falaram que não pode mudar porque meu plano já está com desconto e falam que presa o atendimento e suporte, vendo que o concorrente também tem bom atendimento e bom suporte, me ofereçam canal de TV, mais não gostei.
I tried to get a discount on my monthly fee or increase the speed of the internet with the same value, seeing that the competitor has the same speed that I have today with a lower value, but whenever I contacted them they said that I cannot change because my plan is already discount and they say they take care and support, seeing that the competitor also has good service and good support, they offer me a TV channel, but I didn't like it.
