★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema do meu notebook foi rapidamente solucionado. Deixei o notebook para avaliação em um dia, no outro dia já entraram em contato e me entregaram.
Ainda, de brinde, consertam a tampa que estava travando.
 The problem with my notebook was quickly resolved. I left the notebook for evaluation one day, the next day they got in touch and handed it to me.
Also, as a gift, they fix the lid that was locking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, deixei meu notebook para um simples orçamento por causa do teclado que não estava funcionando e depois de uma semana e meia a recepcionista me disse que meu notebook estava aberto e que o técnico estava fazendo outro serviço e não teve tempo de verificar o problema do meu aparelho.
Depois de insistir no orçamento me ligaram e passaram um suposto orçamento:
+- 280 reais o teclado
+- 100 placa de som
+- 500 reais problema na carcaça
E ainda me falaram que o técnico não estava cobrando a mão de obra.??
Solicitei a devolução do meu aparelho que logo depois parou de ligar, tive que levar em outra assistência que me questionaram se havia solicitado alguma manutenção antes e respondi que sim, o novo assistente técnico ao acenou a cabeça negativamente.
Conclusão...
Não indico pra ninguém!!! Uma dos piores locais para colocar seu aparelho.
I don't indicate, I left my notebook for a simple quote because the keyboard wasn't working and after a week and a half the receptionist told me that my notebook was open and that the technician was doing another job and didn't have time to check the problem of my device.
After insisting on the budget, they called me and gave me a supposed budget:
+- 280 reais the keyboard
+- 100 sound card
+- 500 reais problem on the carcass
And they even told me that the technician wasn't charging for the labor.'
I asked for the return of my device, which soon after stopped turning on, I had to take it to another service and they asked me if I had requested any maintenance before and I said yes, the new technical assistant nodded.
Conclusion...
I don't recommend it to anyone!!! One of the worst places to put your device.
