Em duas horas ele me deu um possível diagnóstico, no dia seguinte já estava pronto.

Meu aparelho foi trocado por um novo, sem enrolação, parabéns pelo excelente trabalho prestado!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fez teste no aparelho iPhone 7, disse q era só a bateria, depois que trocou a bateria (pagamento antecipado de R$ 440,00) disse q teria q trocar a placa, no valor de mais de R$ 2000,00, péssimo pré venda, mau preparo e perca de tempo… melhor ir em outro lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi muito bom mas em questão a resolução do meu problema não foi a mesma história. Meu problema não foi resolvido e nem diagnosticado de maneira correta. Eles mandaram eu enviar para uma autorizada da marca e quando eu levei para outro local em Ribeirão mesmo eles constataram que era um problema no carregar e não no notebook. Sinceramente acredito que foi falta de vontade por meu notebook estar com a tela quebrada, e não era esse o motivo de eu levar. Independente não recomendaria a micro import para produtos da Asus talvez eles tenham um foco maior com Apple.
The service was very good but in question the resolution of my problem was not the same story. My problem was not resolved or diagnosed correctly. They sent me to send it to an authorized brand and when I took it to another place in Ribeirão they found that it was a problem with charging and not with the notebook. I honestly believe it was a lack of will because my notebook had a broken screen, and that was not the reason I took it. Independent would not recommend micro import for Asus products maybe they have a bigger focus with Apple.
