★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom. Nada contra o atendimento.
Porém o laboratório não cumpriu com o combinado no prazo de entrega do exame.
De quem é a culpa eu não sei, mas essa atitude é lamentável pra um laboratório que se julga profissional.
Antes tivesse pago 50 reais a mais na concorrência, mas lá eles cumprem o prazo.
Mas tá tudo bem né, "daqui a mais três dias" seu resultado ficará pronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado aos SÁBADOS!! Cheguei 8h30 e só tinha 2 pessoas na minha frente, já faz mais de 40 minutos que estou esperando ser atendido. As 2 pessoas já foram embora e ainda não me chamaram. O mais engraçado é que enquanto esperamos ser atendido, as recepcionistas ficam batendo papo, como se não tivessem pessoas esperando
Very long service on Saturdays !! I arrived at 8:30 am and there were only 2 people in front of me, I have been waiting for more than 40 minutes. The 2 people have already left and still haven't called me. The funny thing is that while we wait to be attended, the receptionists are chatting, as if there are no people waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheço há muitos anos. Melhorou bem a estrutura, porém o atendimento na recepção não está bom. Falta empatia e simpatia.
Outra coisa. Apesar de ter o cafezinho pós exame, elas não orientam o paciente a se servirem. A pessoa fica constrangida em pegar.
