Tive problemas com meu cabo de rede e solicitei a loja se possivel um de 30 metros..foram muito solicitos..infelizmente tivemos um descuido na instalacao e rompeu a ponta do cabo..entrei em contato com o senhor Ricardo..expliquei a situacao..e ele se comprometeu a fazer o reparo do mesmo sem custo nenhum..
Entao so tenho q recomenda los ..e agradecer pela venda e pos venda q foram otimos.
I only have praise for the company and the owner Mr. Ricardo ..
I had problems with my network cable and I asked the store if possible, a 30 meter one ... there were a lot of requests ... unfortunately we had an oversight in the installation and broke the end of the cable ... I got in touch with Mr. Ricardo..I explained the situation ..and he promised to repair it at no cost ..
So I only have q recommends them ..and thank you for the sale and after sale q were great.
