Depois disso liguei outras vezes e marcaram comigo outras 3 vezes e nada. Estou cansado de ter que ligar e mandar mensagem e ficar esperando, dá vontade de trocar de provedor. Hoje são 11/02/22 e nada.
I've been trying to migrate my internet to another plan since 02/02/22, they scheduled me on 02/03/22 and they didn't go and didn't give me any satisfaction. After that I called other times and they booked me another 3 times and nothing. I'm tired of having to call and text and wait, makes me want to change providers. Today is 11/02/22 and nothing.
