★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa usa aparelho , ela me pediu que levasse para fazer manutenção, chegando na unidade da empresa fui atendido por uma funcionária e eu expliquei o que tinha o aparelho , ela de vez entregar ao funcionário para a devida manutenção simplesmente pegou um pano e ficou limpando o aparelho por fora , acredito que se é está a limpeza do aparelho faríamos em casa não precisaria me deslocar até a umidade para isso , mas acredito que a funcionária estava mais ligada no bate papo que rolava na recepção, tratamento cordial ao entrar e péssimo na execução da manutenção.
My wife uses a device, she asked me to take it for maintenance, when I arrived at the company unit I was attended to by an employee and I explained what the device was, she handed it over to the employee for proper maintenance, simply took a cloth and kept cleaning it the device on the outside, I believe that if it’s the cleaning of the device we would do it at home I wouldn’t need to travel to the humidity for that, but I believe that the employee was more connected in the chat that was going on at the reception, cordial treatment when entering and terrible at the maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, profissionais responsáveis, cuidadosos e atenciosos. O preço e a variedade de aparelhos ainda não é grande, mas a qualidade compensa. Estou em adaptação do CPAP. Não posso opinar sobre os outros itens que eles oferecem.
Excellent service, responsible, careful and attentive professionals. The price and variety of devices is still not great, but the quality pays off. I am adapting to CPAP. I cannot comment on the other items they offer.
