★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser um ambiente bem agradável e ter um bom espaço para uma festa casual de no máximo 50 pessoas à vontade e por ser apenas um espaço de uma casa normal, não dou as quarta e quinta estrelas por três motivos: a entrada original de garagem ser muitíssimo íngrime e dificultar o acesso; o banheiro masculino ficar na cozinha, o que achei muito anti-higiênico; e o principal que é pagar para se fazer uma festa num "salão de festas" e realizar a mesma numa casa normal.
Despite being a very pleasant environment and having a good space for a casual party of a maximum of 50 people at ease and because it is just a space in a normal house, I do not give the fourth and fifth stars for three reasons: the original garage entrance be extremely steep and make access difficult; the men's bathroom is in the kitchen, which I found very unhygienic; and the main thing is to pay to have a party in a "party room" and to have it in a normal house.
