★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento com total despreparo, devido a restrição eu fui incapaz de alugar um produto cujo o qual seria pago a vista onde a empresa tem total acesso a informações de dados como endereço se esse é o medo dos envolvidos de nao ser devolvido, como se eu tivesse o que fazer com um andaime depois da minha reforma pronta. Um gerente sem nenhuma flexibilidade que só sabe acenar com a cabeça sem sequer um interesse de ser flexível ou ao menos vir pessoalmente falar com o cliente. Fique registrado minha total insatisfação. E a desculpa é a MATRIZ. Espero realmente que ao Dono.. ou responsáveis entenda que mediante a um pagamento a vista a lei não funciona do jeito que vcs pensam nao. Existe codigo da defesa do consumidor. Agradeço desde já a falta de interesse e flexibilidade. Espero nos vermos em breve novamente.

O problema é que os equipamentos que eles alugam estão sucateados, em péssimas condições, aí se a bomba estoura na sua mão, eles demoram pra arrumar, fazem pouco caso, afinal você já assinou contrato, e o tempo conta a favor deles, você fica com a obra parada, tem que se virar, achar outra ferramenta, para no fim do mês quando for acertar a mensalidade, eles ainda cobrarem uma taxa de manutenção. Não são defeitos causados por mau uso, são defeitos causados pelo desgaste natural do equipamento, que deveria passar pelas manutenções periódicas ou já deveriam estar aposentados, mas ao invés disso, eles preferem alugar essas sucatas e empurrar a conta pro cliente, agem na má fé, não merecem estar no mercado. Resumindo, se poupe, pague mais caro, alugue em locais de confiança, não caia nessa armadilha aí...
