Liguei na loja no sábado e pedi informação sobre a locação do produto ... que me falaram 60 reais e que era para devolver na terça ( pois segunda era feriado). Expliquei que meu marido era estrangeiro e que era para deixar o produto pronto para ele retirar. Qdo ele chegou não tinha nada separado e ele aguardou na loja para retirar o produto locado. Ao devolver hj eles cobraram o dobro da diária falando que era para devolver o produto as 7:30. E que tinham avisado para o meu marido. Eu tive que pagar, mas garanto que nunca mais faço negócio com essa empresa . Me sinto lesada, pois estava bem claro que meu marido não entenderia termos.. por isso liguei previamente . Não recomendo a loja e o produto não era da melhor qualidade.
 Leaving tbm in writing and I'll leave it on Google's review. I called the store on Saturday and asked for information about the rental of the product ... I was told 60 reais and it was to be returned on Tuesday (since Monday was a holiday). I explained that my husband was a foreigner and that the product was ready to be removed. When he arrived there was nothing separate and he waited at the store to pick up the rented product. When returning today they charged twice the daily rate saying it was to return the product at 7:30 am. And that they had warned my husband. I had to pay, but I guarantee that I will never do business with this company again. I feel hurt, because it was very clear that my husband would not understand terms ... so I called in advance. I do not recommend the store and the product was not of the best quality.

Liga a pessoa não ouve, pede pra falar mais alto, vai pessoalmente lhe dão um chá de cadeira.
Hoje tive uma péssima experiência a atendente quer te atropelar.
Está tenso.
Service leaves something to be desired, speak via WhatsApp after 4 days the person asks if they can help.
Call the person does not listen, asks to speak louder, they will personally give you a tea party.
Today I had a bad experience the attendant wants to run you over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descordo ! Já fiz várias locações sempre fui bem atendido. A demanda é muito grande e isso causa em nós ansiedade e frustração das nossas necessidades. Mas não faço nenhum juiz de valor para aqueles que faz uso da crítica. Vou citar essas pessoas : Patrícia, Cíntia P edro, Antônio e os motoristas da caçamba, quando me atende eu ganho meu dia. Desejo para todos nós clientes e funcionários dessa empresa que todos os dias seja criado dentro de nós : Um Mundo pacífico, Amoroso e Alegre. Só assim todos sai no lucro....
I disagree! I've done several locations, I've always been well attended. The demand is great and this causes us anxiety and frustration with our needs. But I don't make any judges of value for those who make use of criticism. I'm going to mention these people: Patrícia, Cíntia P edro, Antônio and the dump truck drivers, when you see me I earn my day. I wish for all of us, customers and employees of this company, that every day is created within us: A peaceful, loving and joyful world. That's the only way everyone makes a profit....

É de extrema importância os responsáveis pela loja rever este atendimento oferecido pelos seus funcionários .

Estou tentando alugar essa máquina desde quarta feira

Quando ligamos no fixo ninguém resolve nada
Primeiro foi dito que a máquina tava em manutenção, depois SEXTA FEIRA as 17:00 me avisam que precisamos refazer todo o cadastro
Ou seja um atendimento ineficiente e lento
Fiquei 3 dias falando com vcs pra tenta alugar essa máquina para o sábado e como sempre não consegui
Alugamos várias máquinas durante a obra e foi exatamente igual, sempre uma luta
Acho que a mil máquinas precisa de uma concorrência forte pra ver se evolui
