 They promised open food at the New Year's Eve party and they didn't have it. I had a tapioca for 40 reais on New Year's Eve dinner.

Great party structure, but the turmoil of the city and the lack of support for the tourist who comes to Barra Grande does not make up for it. It's no use having a beautiful party if people arrive covered in mud down to the shins. I don't recommend it to anyone

Na virada informam q será open food e no dia não servem absolutamente nada.
Se não fosse pela qualidade dos shows a nora seria Zero
Delivery is terrible, disrespectful logistics with its participants. There is no transfer included, far away and no infrastructure on the road.
At the turnaround they inform that it will be open food and on the day they serve absolutely nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cidade não comporta a festa. Fila pra tudo. Falta energia, água, saneamento. Sem estrutura nenhuma, só perrengue. Além de tudo, a organização do evento deixa a desejar em vários aspectos como limpeza dos banheiros, logística de acesso, quantidade de restaurantes dentro do evento e estacionamento.
The city does not support the party. Queue for everything. There is a lack of energy, water, sanitation. Without any structure, just perrengue. Above all, the organization of the event leaves something to be desired in several aspects, such as cleaning the restrooms, access logistics, the number of restaurants inside the event and parking.

Primeiro dia retirada de pulseiras: caos!
Fila gigantesca, preenchimento de formulário com pouca e nenhuma utilidade frente as informações que haviam sido preenchidas qnd da aquisição dos
Ingressos.
A festa eh realmente longe de barra grande.
Estrada escura e com bastante atoleiros.
Estacionamento 50tinha para deixar o carro dentro do barro.
1-chegada caótica ao evento. Mesmo Investindo uma média de 5k por pessoa para que se vc quisesse entrar com o carro para levar amigos ao evento, vc não podia. Para tal, tinha que pagar uma taxa de 50 reais por Dia somente para entrar na que dá acesso ao evento. Após inúmeras reclamações removeram a taxa no terceiro dia.
2-luta incessante para conseguir transporte com preços flutuantes. Mesmo problema de acesso. Obrigando os clientes do evento andar praticamente 2km em uma estrada de barro e escura.
Atraso No início do evento, em pelo menos 30 min.
3- no réveillon acabou a bebida No início da festa, simplesmente acabou o whiskey.
Extremamente cheio. Dificuldade absurda para pegar bebida.
Geral: espaço enorme, muito bom. Bebida gelada.
Banheiros ok. Limpeza constante, apesar de por vezes encontrar o bnh sujo e com poças de urina. Local
Longe demais da cidade. Longe demais. Perrengue enorme para chegar e sair.
Caronas em caçamba de carros, motos…menos transportes organizados.
A cidade não suporta…preços abusivos das instalações de hospedagem.
Último dia de evento local estava extremamente lotado. E em função disso, a energia por vezes acabava.
Comida vendida na parte interna somente com valores em Múltiplos de 50: tapioca 50 reais, pizza 50 reais…tudo a partir de 50. Caro? Baixíssima qualidade e quantidade.
A organização do evento não se importa com seus clientes.
Ao meu ver o estacionamento não deveria ser pago. Afinal, deveria existir o mínimo de suporte qnd da escolha da alocação do evento. Uma vez que já pagamos a festa. Suporte zero.
Show de desrespeito ao cliente.

The party is really far from the big bar.
Dark road with a lot of quagmire.
There was a parking lot to leave the car in the mud.
1-chaotic arrival at the event. Even investing an average of 5k per person so that if you wanted to enter the car to take friends to the event, you couldn't. To do so, I had to pay a fee of 50 reais per day just to enter the one that gives access to the event. After numerous complaints they removed the fee on the third day.
2-incessant struggle to get transportation with fluctuating prices. Same access problem. Forcing the event's customers to walk practically 2km on a dark and muddy road.
Delay At the start of the event, at least 30 min.
3- On New Year's Eve, the drink ended. At the beginning of the party, the whiskey simply ended.
Extremely full. Absurdly difficult to get a drink.
Overall: Huge space, very nice. Cold drink.
Bathrooms ok. Constant cleaning, despite sometimes finding the bnh dirty and with puddles of urine. Place
Too far from the city. Too far away. Huge perrengue to get in and out.
Carpool rides, motorcycles…less organized transport.
The city can't stand…abusive prices for accommodation facilities.
Last day of local event was extremely crowded. And because of that, the energy sometimes ran out.
Food sold inside only with values in Multiples of 50: tapioca 50 reais, pizza 50 reais…everything from 50. Expensive? Very low quality and quantity.
The organization of the event does not care about its customers.
In my opinion, parking should not be paid. After all, there should be minimal support when choosing the event allocation. Since we've already paid for the party. Zero support.
Customer disrespect show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Réveillon extremamente super faturado. Caro demais para uma péssima infra externa. A única preocupação deles é dentro da festa, mas mesmo assim, faltou whisky no último dia. Cobraram tarifa até dos taxistas locais para que pudessem deixar os clientes na porta do evento. Com a recusa dos taxistas em pagar, eles falavam para os clientes irem andando na estrada de acesso, 2km de distância em estrada de terra, inacreditável. Na saída do evento faltava transportes. As pessoas precisaram pedir caronas nas caçambas de pickups particulares para conseguirem ir embora. Sem dúvida é uma festa que não voltarei e que também não recomendo.
A cidade não suporta uma festa desse tamanho. As hospedagens ficam extremamente caras.
Superlotado no último dia.
Extremely super billed New Year's Eve. Too expensive for a bad infrastructure. Their only concern is inside the party, but even so, there was no whiskey on the last day. They even charged local taxi drivers so they could drop off customers at the event's door. With the taxi drivers refusing to pay, they told customers to walk on the access road, 2 km away on a dirt road, unbelievable. When leaving the event, there was no transport. People had to hitchhike in the backs of private pickup trucks to get away. Without a doubt it is a party that I will not return and that I do not recommend either.
The city can't stand a party of that size. Accommodation is extremely expensive.
Overcrowded on the last day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro dia a experiência não está sendo legal. Pegamos uma fila de uma hora e meia para retirar o ingresso. Quando chegou a nossa vez, o sistema caiu. Já faz 1h esperando no balcão e nada de voltar. Infelizmente decepcionado com a primeira impressão da festa.
Após três dias de festa, a experiência continua sendo ruim. Banheiros não muito limpos, faltando água e papel. Alimentação precária e cara. Sei que muita gente não se importaria em pagar 50 reais numa tapioca ou pizza brotinho, mas desde que esteja de qualidade. Ontem comi um Hamburger por 50 reais com um pão dormido. A chegada é horrível, carro atolando, em um estacionamento que também custa R$ 50,00. A questão de uma única atração por noite, com o resto da festa parecendo sim mecânico com um pendrive é outro agravante. Para quem tem pegado transporte público (única opção para quem estar a pé) tem desembolsado valores altos também.
Resumindo: não voltarei e não recomendo o Mil Sorrisos.
First day the experience is not being nice. We had a queue of an hour and a half to collect the ticket. When it was our turn, the system crashed. It's been 1 hour waiting at the counter and nothing to come back. Sadly disappointed with the first impression of the party.
After three days of partying, the experience is still bad. Bathrooms not very clean, lacking water and paper. Poor and expensive food. I know a lot of people wouldn't mind paying 50 reais for a tapioca or bratty pizza, but as long as it's quality. Yesterday I ate a hamburger for 50 reais with a stale bread. Arrival is horrible, car stalling, in a parking lot that also costs R$ 50.00. The issue of a single attraction per night, with the rest of the party looking like mechanics with a flash drive is another aggravating factor. For those who have taken public transport (the only option for those who are on foot) have also paid high values.
In short: I won't be back and I don't recommend Mil Sorrisos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reveillon mil perrengues! Parece claro que a cidade não suporta a quantidade de pessoas que recebe para o tamanho do evento. Tal fato poderia ser amenizado e melhorado por parte da organização do evento. Faltou muita ORGANIZAÇÃO! Não é pedir muito pelo preço que se paga. Caos desde à retirada dos ingressos e principalmente pelo deslocamento até as festas. Além de não fornecerem transporte, ainda dificultaram as opções existentes, cobrando estacionamento até de moradores locais que só iam desembarcar quem estava indo para a festa (após reclamações tiraram no terceiro dia). O espaço interno era grande mas com apenas um banheiro, que apesar de grande estava sempre cheio. Poderiam ter colocado um em cada extremidade do espaço, pelo menos. Festa open bar não pode acabar bebida e isso ocorreu ao menos com o whisky no dia do réveillon. O evento deixou muito a desejar e demonstrou um desesrespeito absurdo com quem adquiriu os ingressos. Não volto e não recomendo.

The event left a lot to be desired and showed an absurd disrespect towards those who purchased the tickets. I won't go back and don't recommend it.
