Pedi ao vendedor uma tonalidade de cor, a que veio foi totalmente diferente, ao solicitar troca da tinta o vendedor disse que não poderia fazer nada a respeito e que não trocaria a tinta que me vendeu ERRADO. O movimento da loja estava grande no dia que fui no local, creio que o vendedor se atrapalhou a fazer o meu pedido. Devido a falta de respaldo não compro mais e nem indico ninguém a comprar. Estou decepcionado.

Minha esposa se encontra ansiosa por causa do transtorno da obra e a demora só tem agravado essa situação.
