★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O milkshake é bom, sempre fui cliente, só que a dona, não sei , uma senhora é super sem paciência e mal educada, e da última vez me fez esperar uma hora, passando umas 4 pessoas na minha frente pelo fato de eu ter pedido um grande número de milkshake, e os outros clientes com pequenas quantidades, no final de tudo ela se embolou toda, e tivemos que esperar porque ficou faltando um, e se não tivéssemos contado só iríamos ver em casa, porque ela nem contou, chegando em casa um dos milkshake que era de abacaxi com hortelã ficou faltando o hortelã. Como não é a primeira vez que isso acontece, eu não voltarei mais lá, perdeu um cliente pelo mal atendimento, e também não recomendarei mais a ninguém.
The milkshake is good, I was always a customer, but the owner, I don't know, a lady is super impatient and rude, and last time she made me wait an hour, with 4 people in front of me because I asked a large number of milkshakes, and the other customers with small quantities, at the end of it all got messed up, and we had to wait because one was missing, and if we hadn't counted we would just see it at home, because she didn't even count, arriving in home one of the milkshake that was pineapple with mint was missing the mint. As this is not the first time this has happened, I will not be returning there, I lost a client due to poor service, and I will also not recommend it to anyone else.

Porém no atendimento tá perdendo pontos, pois parecia que a menina estava de mal humor e não soube mudar a expressão para um ar mais alegre ao me atender. Esta foi minha percepção, espero que ela consiga melhorar nisso.
I'll give it 5 stars because the product is very good and whenever I can and want, I'm buying it. However, she is losing points in the service, as it seemed that the girl was in a bad mood and did not know how to change her expression to a happier air when she attended to me. This was my perception, I hope she manages to improve on that.
