Quando o serviço é ruim eu avalio nessa ferramenta importantíssima do Google para o consumidor, e de mesmo modo quando o serviço é de qualidade.

When the service is bad, I evaluate this very important tool from Google for the consumer, and in the same way when the service is of quality.
