Os preços são mediantes aos serviços bem realizados pela equipe! Recomendo e cale super a pena fazer qualquer procedimento na Mimo!
 I love this place! From entering the place to leaving after the procedures, everything is done with care and attention! They follow the hygiene protocols properly and always use masks and lots of gel alcohol.
Prices are based on the services well performed by the team! I recommend it and it's really worth doing any procedure at Mimo!

Já fiz massagem Modeladora, Ultrassom e outro procedimento estético e super recomendo.
I have nothing to complain about, the service is excellent from the first contact on WhatsApp to the post procedure.
I've done Modeling Massage, Ultrasound and other aesthetic procedure and I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Serviço é bom, mas não gostei da forma como te abordam exigindo pagamento antecipado para poder manter o horário. Ok ter que pagar um "sinal", mas ficar te cobrando em hora em hora pelo celular (nem havia visto a mensagem, pois estava trabalhando) e me fazendo me sentir uma devedora é extremamente desconfortável.
Service is good, but I didn't like the way they approach you demanding advance payment in order to keep the schedule. Okay, having to pay a "down payment", but charging you hourly on your cell phone (I hadn't even seen the message, because I was working) and making me feel like a debtor is extremely uncomfortable.

Today was my first time at mimo and I really have nothing to complain about.
I made harmony brows treat with Ana and my eyebrows are wonderful, really in love.
Then with Fe I did the lip revitalization and it was too diva, real passionate now I have colorful and beautiful lips. ?
Thank you for today girls, my self-care day was essential to boost my self-esteem. ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz alisamento no fim de novembro e a cabeleireira falou que eu só precisava retornar pra retocar a raiz depois de 5~6 meses pelo menos.
Primeiro que pra marcar o alisamento já foi um caos, não tinham horários, marquei umas 3x, marcaram meu cabelo como muito longo, quando mal passa do ombro. Enfim, fui fazer confiando nas profissionais, ficou bom, não saiu super liso, mas atendeu minhas expectativas.
Agora pra retornar já volta o caos, atendimento querendo que eu faça do 0 o procedimento, mas eu mesma não quero passar a química em todo meu cabelo, só quero retoque da raiz, mas elas querem cobrar o valor cheio.
Enfim, preocupação com o cliente e com o que ele quer 0,só querem saber de dinheiro.
I had straightening at the end of November and the hairdresser said that I only needed to return to touch up the roots after 5~6 months at least.
First, to schedule the straightening it was already a chaos, they didn't have schedules, I scheduled it 3 times, they marked my hair as too long, when it barely goes past the shoulder. Anyway, I went to do it trusting the professionals, it was good, it didn't come out super smooth, but it met my expectations.
Now to return, chaos returns, service wanting me to do the procedure from 0, but I don't want to put the chemistry on all my hair, I just want to touch up the roots, but they want to charge the full amount.
Anyway, concern for the customer and what he wants 0, they only care about money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da mimo e já frequento há mais de 4 anos. Saio de muito longo inclusive pra ir mensalmente fazer os procedimentos de mimo gloss, lash lift, drenagem linfática e limpeza de pele. A qualidade do serviço é impecável, nunca saio de lá com a sensação de que algo foi mal feito. No entanto me decepcionei MUITO com a política de pacotes. Como sempre fui mensalmente, achei que seria mais econômico fazer pacotes dos procedimentos, o que me dá 10% de desconto. Entretanto os pacotes tem uma validade que não é negociável, apesar de terem me falado que seria fácil remanejar caso não tivesse usado todo o pacote. Hoje tenho algumas sessões que não poderei usar com a liberdade que gostaria (o lash lift e o mimo gloss são tão bons que não é necessário fazer todo mês, então estava fazendo mês sim, mês não, o que não vou poder fazer) pois corro o risco de perder o dinheiro que já paguei. Enfim, lugar excelente, profissionais ótimos, bom atendimento, burocracia desnecessária e política desestimulante
I love mimo and have been going for over 4 years. I leave for a very long time, even to go monthly for the pampering gloss, lash lift, lymphatic drainage and skin cleaning procedures. The quality of service is impeccable, I never leave there with the feeling that something was done poorly. However I was VERY disappointed with the package policy. As I always went monthly, I thought it would be more economical to pack the procedures, which gives me a 10% discount. However, the packages have a non-negotiable validity, although I was told that it would be easy to relocate if I hadn't used the whole package. Today I have some sessions that I won't be able to use as freely as I would like (the lash lift and mimo gloss are so good that it's not necessary to do it every month, so I was doing it every other month, which I won't be able to do) because I run the risk of losing the money I have already paid. Anyway, excellent place, great professionals, good service, unnecessary bureaucracy and discouraging politics
