★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, foi uma decepção ter entrado em contato com a Imobiliária Minair como comprador, e mais precisamente com Allan que "nos auxiliou" durante o processo de compra de uma casa na praia do pontal.
Literalmente, depois do dia que entramos em acordo com o preço da compra da casa, levaram dois meses para nao chegarmos a lugar nenhum, nenhum documente assinado...nada. Disseram que havia uma correção de um documento, me colocando na posição de esperar a boa vontade da dona, e também assim como o corretor Allan, que nos deixou esperando.
Prejuízo: Neste período, eu ja havia pago um advogado, 2 mil reais, e pego um empréstimo do banco especificamente para esta compra, com valor de taxa de 4 mil reais. Mas nada, ate hoje. Semana vai, semana vem, nada, após nada, nunca passei por isso. Nao recomendo como vendedor ou comprador.

Loss: In this period, I had already paid a lawyer, 2 thousand reais, and I took a loan from the bank specifically for this purchase, with a fee of 4 thousand reais. But nothing, even today. Week goes by, next week, nothing, after nothing, I never went through this. I do not recommend it as a seller or buyer.
