Comprei um i30 e passado algum tempo tive problema com a correia do ar condicionado, arrumaram para mim. O câmbio estava apresentando alguns "trancos", e me orientaram trocar o óleo de caixa (por ser um item de desgaste natural) mesmo após a troca o problema persistiu e arcaram com o conserto totalmente que foi a troca do corpo de válvula com as Solenoides.
Desde o primeiro contato notei a diferença quando me convidaram para bater um papo e tomar um café, e não somente para me vender um veículo.
Eu cresci com o sofisma de comprar carros em agências, mas depois da experiência com a Minas Automóveis BH eu só troco de carro com eles.

I bought an i30 and after a while I had a problem with the air conditioning belt, they fixed it for me. The gearbox was showing some "stutters", and they guided me to change the gearbox oil (as it is a natural wear item) even after the change the problem persisted and they fully paid for the repair which was the exchange of the valve body with the Solenoids .
From the first contact I noticed the difference when I was invited to chat and have a coffee, and not just to sell me a vehicle.
I grew up with the sophistry of buying cars at agencies, but after the experience with Minas Automóveis BH I only change cars with them.

Por ser meu primeiro carro estava ansioso, não olhei nem o básico que deve ser feito na compra de um veículo, por ser muito leigo na época e por confiar demais. Tinham dito que era um veículo único dono, mas em pouco tempo já descobri que não era, inclusive de acordo com o manual notei que havia passado por uma locadora de veículos, se eu tivesse tido a maldade de pesquisar tudo isso antes jamais iria comprar um carro assim, paguei a vista.
Acho que deviam ser transparentes e falar a realidade do histórico do veículo e assim evitaria muita coisa desnecessária, ficaram elogiando o carro o tempo todo e em nenhum momento disseram que havia uma autuação no veículo, a multa eles pagaram, mas a pontuação veio para mim. Na época fui atendido pelo vendedor Gilberto e um filho do dono também se envolveu na venda, o Vitor se não me engano, o atendimento foi bom até, mas não adianta nada quando se tem essas decepções depois da compra, idoneidade é tudo.
Voltando a dizer que na época eu era bastante leigo no assunto de compras de veículos, mas é vivendo que se aprende. Bom, essa foi a minha experiência com a loja, se a de outras pessoas é diferente, ótimo para elas.

Agradeço ao vendedor Gilberto e aos donos da loja pela honestidade. Se tem retoque na pintura falam e mostram o serviço realizado. Nada de ficar desviando a atenção do cliente para outro assunto. Resultado: comprei o veículo Duster 2015 na mesma hora. Só não voltei pra casa com ele porque o banco não autorizou a transação. Estamos muito satisfeitos com a compra. Na primeira semana já fomos direto pra estrada. Mais de 1000km e sem surpresas porque o veículo já foi entregue revisado. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Recomendo essa agência pra quem quer procedência. Pode até haver veículos em outras agências com preço menor, mas com a mesma qualidade, duvido.
