Mas no meu caso nao tive sucesso em relação ao conserto de uma lavadora de pressão q estava em garantia, ficou por quase 20 dias para análise, depois me retornaram dizendo q a máquina estava funcionando normalmente... Até tive um suporte pós "serviço', mas nao ajudou muito.
Não gosto de fazer esse tipo de postagem e avaliação, mas o ocorrido me incomodou bastante. Torço q os profissionais melhorem os critérios de análise, principalmente se tratando de garantia, pois eu sinto q houve um descaso...

É importante melhorar essas coisas para que o cliente fique satisfeito. Não sei se por se tratar de ser garantia se houve algum descaso, mas o atendimento que foi prestado passou essa impressão.
