★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet tem a velocidade boa, mas peca na disponibilidade e na falta de atendimento, trabalho home office e minha filha tem estudado em casa por conta da pandemia, constantemente temos quedas que temos que ir para casa dos meus pais, que é da concorrência, e o que acho mais grave, não consigo falar com suporte ou tiram o telefone do gancho, pq n tem base, e nem um informativo com a causa e tempo da indisponibilidade informam. Estava pensando em aumentar a velocidade, mas com esses problemas de indisponibilidade para mim e complicado, se n tiver melhora ou uma satisfação devo trocar de fornecedor
