If I could I would rate it zero. But as it doesn't have a grade 1. Terrible service. the salesman attending from the coast, rummaging through the shelf. Like I was getting in the way of the job he was doing.
Terrible attendance. I don't recommend and I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje dia 10/12/2021 na parte da manha entre 10 e 11 horas, chegando na loja, fiquei 4 minutos sem nenhum atendimento, como não fui atendido, saindo do estabelecimento, fiz um comentário com a caixa, "única pessoa presente no momento" se tinha alguém para atender, e a mesma me respondeu que não sabia, achei estranho o comentário e improprio, pois ela como caixa deveria saber, pedi para acionar o gerente e relatei todo o fato, moral da historia, não fui atendido por nenhum vendedor, a caixa deixou eu sair insatisfeito e o gerente não esta gerindo o processo de venda e gestão de pessoas da loja, depois de todo ocorrido o gerente me atendeu, mas ai fica a minha pergunta, sou um cliente fantasma? Tenho que ser tratado assim toda vez? Pois não foi a única vez , lamentável, e o dono acredito que nem deve ficar sabendo,se alguém puder, me ajude a chegar ao ouvido dele, pois em pleno 2021 uma empresa de tradição no mercado acontecer isto e inadmissível e merece modificações em todo processo de gestão de vendas e pessoas,
obs. depois de tudo não tinha o meu produto Thuya avicula e nem deram previsão de chegada, um dia para esquecer!
Today I went 12/10/2021 in the morning between 10 and 11 am, arriving at the store, I was 4 minutes without any service, as I was not attended, leaving the establishment, I made a comment with the box, "only person present at the moment" if there was someone to meet, and she replied that she did not know, I thought the comment was strange and inappropriate, as she, as a cashier, should have known, I asked to call the manager and reported the whole fact, moral of the story, I was not assisted by no salesperson, the cashier let me leave dissatisfied and the manager is not managing the process of selling and managing people in the store, after everything happened the manager attended me, but here is my question, am I a ghost customer? Do I have to be treated like this every time? Because it wasn't the only time, regrettable, and the owner, I believe that he shouldn't even know, if anyone can, help me get to his ear, because in the middle of 2021 a company with a tradition in the market happens this is inadmissible and deserves changes throughout sales and people management process,
obs. After all, I didn't have my Thuya avicula product and they didn't even give me an arrival date, a day to forget!

A única ressalva que faço é , dizem ter outra entrada do estacionamento na rua de trás da avenida porem já passei umas 9 vezes por esta rua tentando achar aberto mas nunca tive essa sorte.
I really like their service.
The only caveat I make is, they say there's another parking entrance on the back street of the avenue, but I've passed this street about 9 times trying to find it open but I've never had that luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a loja para comprar produtos contra pássaros invasores. Na loja só havia um gel para ser aplicado no local, mas como o meu lugar é aberto, esse produto não me atenderia. Fui bem atendido pela funcionária.
