Porém, o cara do atendimento (acho que o marido da dona) é extremamente antipático e mal humorado. Não atende bem e parece não gostar de pets, é nem da própria vida.
Nao foi apenas uma vez que fui mal atendido por ele.
Entretanto é impossivel dar menos de 5 estrelas para o local, pois apenas uma pessoa não pode apagar o brilho do local.
A Sheila, sempre simpática e sorridente, atende a todos muito bem, e não merece nem de longe esse feedback negativo.
Estão em uma boa localização, tem estacionamento e aceitam todos os cartões.
Portanto, indico pra qualquer um. Mas previnam-se para provavelmente serem mal atendidos por um cara mal humorado.
The place is excellent, one of the best in the south.
However, the service guy (I think the owner’s husband) is extremely unsympathetic and moody. It does not serve well and does not seem to like pets, it is not even life itself.
It was not just once that I was poorly served by him.
However, it is impossible to give less than 5 stars to the place, as only one person cannot dim the place.
Sheila, always friendly and smiling, attends everyone very well, and does not deserve this negative feedback by any means.
They are in a good location, have parking and accept all cards.
So I recommend it to anyone. But beware that you are likely to be under-served by a bad-tempered guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhosos! Tenho cinco filhos de quatro patas ? e tive experiências péssimas em outro banho e tosa, que acabaram com a saúde da minha lhasa, até me indicarem o Mind the Pets, já estava desacreditada, mas eles são super competentes, tratam os animais com amor e respeito que merecem!!
Wonderful! I have five four-legged children ? and I had terrible experiences in another bath and grooming, which ruined my lhasa's health, until I was referred to Mind the Pets, I was already discredited, but they are super competent, they treat animals with love and Respect they deserve!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na nova unidade da Guimarães Passos e fui muito bem recebida pelos donos, Sheila e Ed. A Carol fez uma tosa maravilhosa no meu cachorrinho, com muito carinho e tranquilidade, respeitando o tempo dele. Recomendo muito!!
I went to the new unit in Guimarães Passos and was very well received by the owners, Sheila and Ed. Carol made a wonderful grooming of my puppy, with great affection and tranquility, respecting his time. I highly recommend it!!
