Porém o atendimento que recebi de Lorena foi péssimo, desde a primeira tratativa, pelo celular, até o momento em que eu optei por não fazer acordo com a escola. Por conta desse atendimento eu não indico para ninguém a Minds. E tentei fazer a Reclamação via telefone por três tentativas com a Raquel, porém ela nunca tinha disponibilidade.
The school structure is even good. However, the service I received from Lorena was terrible, from the first treatment, by cell phone, until the moment I chose not to make an agreement with the school. Because of this service, I do not refer anyone to Minds. And I tried to make the Complaint via phone for three attempts with Raquel, but she was never available.
