Funcionários incapacitados da gerência aos caixas.
Falta de treinamento a gerente só está com o nome de gerente.
Fiz a compra foi descontado o valor do cartão, deu bug no sistema.
Cancelado a compra fui informado que seria estornado após 3 dias úteis.
A gerente nem se aproximou pra resolver.
O açougue só tem um funcionário.
Moral do ocorrido entrei na justiça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive aqui recentemente, ninguém para passar álcool no carrinho, você mesmo passa (se tiver álcool na entrada), sobre as impressões do mercado: achei pouca variedade, quase nada para restrições alimentares de glúten e poucos produtos naturais, orgânicos, etc, mas tem muitos produtos enormes, para quem trabalha com comida por exemplo, um leite em pó mega gigante, isso é legal. Porém, achei a dispersão dos itens nos corredores cansativa, para fechar, você paga caro e não tem nem empacotadores, não recomendo esse mercado, não volto mais aqui. O concorrente Atacadão está mais atualizado, com melhores preços, tem enpacotadores, esse eu recomendo.

A loja é um pouco quente durante o dia e os carrinhos não tem manutenção, difíceis de manobrar. Fuja do açougue, sempre tentam te empurrar as peças de carne cheias de gordura. No geral, precisa melhorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços acima da média dos concorrentes. A parte dos frios é de péssima conservação, porque os produtos ficam encharcados. Além disso, achei a parte de hortaliças bem bagunçada, sem placas informando o tipo e preço de cada uma.
O atendimento do caixa não é nada cortês. Ou seja: experiência frustrante.
Não retornarei mais ao estabelecimento.
Prices above the competitors' average. The cold part is in poor conservation, because the products are soaked. Also, I found the vegetables section very messy, without signs informing the type and price of each one.
The cashier service is not courteous at all. In other words, a frustrating experience.
I will not return to the establishment again.
