★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no setor de pedido É PESSIMO, as pessoas que trabalham não tem o menor comprometimento para com os clientes. Recebem mensagens via whatsapp e simplesmente ignoram. A msg só é lida quando querem. Quando sai a mercadoria para a entrega e desculpa em cima de desculpa NUNCA chegam no horário. E os clientes ficam por isso mesmo.
Service in the ordering sector IS PESSIMO, the people who work have no commitment to customers. They receive messages via whatsapp and simply ignore them. The message is only read when they want to. When the goods go out for delivery and apologize over excuse they NEVER arrive on time. And customers stay for that very reason.
