 I love it since its opening I go and buy always very well attended, salon employees all Brazilians and 3 Chinese managing, all friendly !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com artigos e produtos caros! Fui muito mal atendida. E sem falar que a pessoa só pode fazer um pagamento no débito acima de 10 reais, uma piada. Enfim, nunca mais piso nessa loja
Store with expensive items and products! I was treated very poorly. And not to mention that the person can only make a debit payment above 10 reais, a joke. Anyway, I'll never step into that store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu comprei uma mochila de 100 reais e em menos de 2h a alça arrebentou (e nem tinha nada de peso) e eu fui tentar trocar por ser um DIREITO meu e com a nota fiscal em mãos e não aceitaram! simplesmente um péssimo local para se comprar !
I bought a backpack for 100 reais and in less than 2 hours the strap broke (and it wasn't even heavy) and I tried to exchange it because it was my RIGHT and with the invoice in hand and they didn't accept it! just a bad place to shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja bem interessante. Tem variedade de produtos e seções. Muitas coisas que se vê em app de compra da China também se encontra lá. O preço varia, tem itens bem em conta, outros com preço de mercado e outros com valor relativamente alto (geralmente de produtos que tem pouco no mercado local).
A very interesting store. It has variety of products and sections. Many things you see in China's shopping app are also there. The price varies, there are items well into account, others with market price and others with relatively high value (generally of products that have little in the local market).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 estrelas eu dou pra essa loja. Loja de importados nesse nicho é sempre mais em conta, porém nessa da doca não,tudo muito caro, prefiro o hiper sol da BR e no comércio é até mais barato. Entrei nela pra passar o tempo pois estava esperando minha esposa sair de uma consulta médica, deu pra ver muita coisa cara.
3 stars I give this store. Imported store in this niche is always more affordable, but not on the dock, everything is very expensive, I prefer the hyper sun of BR and in stores it is even cheaper. I entered it to pass the time because I was waiting for my wife to leave a medical appointment, I could see a lot of expensive things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à loja da Doca nessa semana e fui mal atendida. Dei boa noite pros caixas, não sei os nomes, mas não aparentavam ser brasileiros, e eles mal olharam na minha cara.
A loja é legal e tem uma boa variedade, mas já não foi a primeira e nem a segunda vez que isso aconteceu comigo lá ( e eram as mesmas pessoas)!
I went to the Doca store this week and was poorly attended. I said good night to the cashiers, I don't know their names, but they didn't look Brazilian, and they barely looked me in the face.
The store is nice and has a good variety, but it wasn't the first or second time this happened to me there (and it was the same people)!

Só que eles deveriam se adaptar a nossa cultura, aí a loja venderia mais...
It's a good store, with a variety of products, I'm a customer myself...but the service is very cold, I understand that it's a different culture.
But they should adapt to our culture, then the store would sell more...
