Pedi um item que não estava na prateleira, porém tinha no estoque. Mas a resposta funcionário foi que o item solicitado estava muito embaixo de outras coisas, e que eles não iriam retirar só porque eu precisava.
Acho que no mínimo ele deveria fazer um pouco de esforço para atender aí meu pedido.
Mas enfim, fui em outro lugar e comprei o que precisava
