★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite! Estive neste mini mercado hoje aproximadamente ás 19h00, comprei alguns itens, entre eles01 saco de batata bolinha da marca Qualita. Quando cheguei em casa notei um cheiro insuportável na sacola que deixou minha casa fétida, a batata estava estragada e com um cheiro horrível, retornei para troca do produto, o fato de vender itens estragados já é um fato importante contra o mercado, porem ao chegar no estabelecimento fui bem recebida pelo segurança, dei boa noite e expliquei o caso, ele me orientou a conversar com uma funcionaria de roupa preta e disse que era a gerente, novamente dei boa noite e expliquei o ocorrido com o maximo de educação, a senhora que disse ser gerente mal olhou na minha cara, não me deu boa noite, simplesmente pegou a sacola da minha mão e levou ao caixa, orientando o funcionário do caixa a trocar e eu sem saber o que fazer, me deu as costas e não retornou.Tive que esperar alguns atendimentos até questionar como ficaria minha situação, o funcionário do caixa ainda pediu para aguardar e só me atendeu porque eu insisti. A troca foi feita por outro produto, e eu alertei o fato de que os demais pacotes estavam estragados tambem ( fui verificar), o fato foi ignorado.
Não voltei por dinheiro, voltei por respeito aos demais clientes.
 Good night! I was in this mini market today at approximately 19:00, I bought some items, including 01 bag of polka-dot potato from the Qualita brand. When I got home I noticed an unbearable smell in the bag that left my house fetid, the potato was spoiled and smelling horrible, I returned to exchange the product, the fact of selling spoiled items is already an important fact against the market, however when I arrived I was well received at the establishment by the security guard, I said good night and explained the case, he instructed me to talk to a worker in black clothes and said she was the manager, I said good night again and explained what had happened with the utmost politeness, the lady who said he was a manager barely looked me in the face, he didn't say good night, he simply took the bag from my hand and took it to the cashier, instructing the cashier to change and I, not knowing what to do, turned my back and did not return .I had to wait for some appointments until I asked how my situation would be, the cashier asked to wait and only attended me because I insisted. The exchange was made for another product, and I warned the fact that the other packages were broken too (I went to check), the fact was ignored.
I didn't come back for money, I came back out of respect for other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, assim que passarem suas compras, independente da quantidade de produtos que sejam, já chamam o próximo cliente e você que se vire para não misturar as compras.
Pode estar uma fila gigante, se for seu dia de sorte, terá somente 2 funcionários realizando o atendimento dos caixas.
Terrible service, as soon as your purchases go through, regardless of the amount of products they are, they call the next customer and you have to manage not to mix up the purchases.
There can be a giant line, if it's your lucky day, you'll only have 2 employees attending the cashiers.

Totalmente despreparada para atender ao público. Se recusou a desvirar o seu crachá, e eu só descobri o seu nome pela nota fiscal
