★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade, não tem suporte nenhum ao cliente, só possui apenas whatsapp e nenhum número de telefone em que possamos ligar. A pizza chegou 2 horas depois, horrível!!!! Pizza fria, dura e toda derramada. Não indico nem de graça, pq além de ser uma pizza cara, ainda vem ruim e o atendimento é o pior possível. Odiei!!!!
Terrible service, no customer support, just whatsapp and no phone number we can call. The pizza arrived 2 hours later, horrible!!!! Cold, hard, and spilled pizza. I don't even recommend it for free, because besides being an expensive pizza, it's still bad and the service is the worst possible. I hated it!!!!

Realizei um pedido onde o prazo de entrega era de 40 a 50 minutos, chegou após 2h, entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp atendimento so disse que ja tinha saído, falei novamente disseram que tiveram que trocar o motoqueiro mas o pedido ja tinha saído, falei novamente e disseram que ja estava chegando mas ainda demorou quase 30 minutos. No total foram 1 hora e 50 minutos de espera e nem um pedido de desculpas por parte da empresa. Total falta de respeito com o cliente.
The pizzas are even good, the service is horrible. I placed an order where the delivery time was 40 to 50 minutes, arrived after 2h, I contacted WhatsApp service I just said I had already left, I spoke again they said they had to change the biker but the order had already left, I spoke again and they said it was already arriving but it still took almost 30 minutes. In total there were 1 hour and 50 minutes of waiting and not an apology from the company. Total lack of respect for the customer.

A portaria nos falou que sequer passou uma moto para deixar nada
Simplesmente uma desfeita com o cliente e não teria problema nenhum pedir desculpas e tentar se redimir mas só ignoraram as mensagens e nos trataram super mal

Pizza com um valor alto, qualidade baixíssima, e atendimento uma b0sta
