I had a horrible experience with the store, unfortunately. I bought a pair of pants that tore up on my first day of use, went to the store to change or ask for my money back, but unfortunately none of these options were successful. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o momento que entrei na loja de Jardim da Penha, fui atendida pela gerente e já estranhei a hostilidade e rispidez com que fui tratada. Má vontade para cada pergunta que fazia. Pontuei um copred preto com marcas de desodorante (que considero normal), e indiquei borrifar uma água no local e fazer fricção. Aí foi onde piorou tudo. Cheguei a questionar a maneira como estava sendo tratada e piorou mais ainda. Sem habilidade para lidar com pessoas. Por fim, levei 2 peças pq realmente gostei bastante, mas a experiência com o atendimento não foi nada legal. Me senti sendo avaliada como alguém que não fosse comprar. Penso que independente disso, é preciso ter um atendimento excelente. Principalmente pelo momento que nossa economia vive e pelo fato de ser uma loja bacana. Lamento muito e fiquei decepcionada!
From the moment I entered the Jardim da Penha store, I was attended by the manager and I was already surprised by the hostility and harshness with which I was treated. Ill will for every question I asked. I scored a black copred with deodorant marks (which I consider normal), and indicated to sprinkle water on the spot and rub it. That's where it got worse. I even questioned the way I was being treated and it got even worse. No ability to deal with people. Finally, I took 2 pieces because I really liked it, but the experience with the service was nothing cool. I felt that I was being evaluated as someone who was not going to buy. I think that regardless of that, you need excellent service. Especially for the moment that our economy lives and for being a nice store. I'm really sorry and I was disappointed!
