Hj (16/07 /2019) eu tive uma experiência ruim com a menina do caixa( da loja da Av da saudade, Cosmópolis), eu paguei as compras, e antes de pegar o troco fiz uma troca de um produto, e na volta eu pedi o troco e a mesma disse que havia me dado, e pra eu não ter que passar por constrangimento, fui embora, e em casa percebi que a mesma não tinha me dado a nota fiscal, eu liguei e comentei com a mesma e ela disse que conferiria o caixa e me retornava, e realmente ela não tinha dado o troco, e o pior que ela quis por a culpa em mim eu sou a cliente e ela tem que estar atenta, por motivo de constrangimento eu não quero voltar para loja nem buscar o troco, pois apesar dela mandar ir, e de descobrir que realmente estava errada, ainda assim ela quis por a culpa em mim(pelo o motivo de saído para trocar o produto), não foi profissional o bastante para admitir o erro.

Hj (July 16, 2019) I had a bad experience with the girl from the box (from the store of Av da saudade, Cosmópolis), I paid for the purchases, and before I got the change I made a change of a product, and on the return I asked for the change and she said that she had given me, and for me not to have to go through embarrassment, I left, and at home I realized that she had not given me the invoice, I called and I commented with her and she she said that she would check the box and return me, and she had not really given the change, and the worst she wanted to blame me, I'm the client and she has to be attentive, because of embarrassment I do not want to go back to the store nor to seek the change, for though she told him to go, and to find out that she was really wrong, she still wanted to blame me (for the reason she had gone out to change the product), she was not professional enough to admit the mistake.
