★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um horror! Ninguém atende telefone. Há anos o Servidor Público aposentado não tem como obter informações necessárias, por telefone. Com a Pandemia, tem q se expor e procurar o órgão através do espaço físico! Ainda ficam mandando os idosos ficarem em isolamento....quanta demagogia!!!!!!!!!!!
 Horrible! No one answers the phone. For years, the retired civil servant has not been able to obtain necessary information by telephone. With Pandemic, you have to expose yourself and look for the organ through physical space! They are still telling the elderly to stay in isolation .... how much demagogy !!!!!!!!!!!

O reembolso será em favor de Luciano Pereira Lopes pelo falecimento de sua tia Maria Cândida Lopes Cassano, ex-servidora aposentada do Ministério da Saúde no Rio de Janeiro.
I have been trying to communicate with the Superintendence of the Ministry of Health in Rio de Janeiro to get a response to a request for reimbursement for funeral assistance, made via e-mail on 01/26, but so far I cannot: who to turn to? Obrigada ao Into que atendeu e com boa vontade me deu outros telefones, mas NENHUM ATENDE! É uma vergonha e muito estressante, fora a sensação de impotência que vc fica! ????
I blocked the 1 month without wanting my mother's password for check, I got the steps on the internet to unlock, but I couldn't, and since then, I've been trying to talk on the phones and none of them answers! Thanks to Into who answered and willingly gave me other phones, but NONE ANSWERS! It is a shame and very stressful, apart from the feeling of helplessness that you get! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informaram no site ser preciso agendar atendimento por telefone. Liguei 10X, toca até o telefone explodir e ninguém atende, aí depois só dá ocupado. Será que tiraram do gancho? Conjecturas... Qual problema em atender o telefone? Tem que falar Klingon? Ao menos informe uma outra forma de agendamento, seja por app, e-mail, pombo correio, coruja de Hogwarts, sessão espírita, bola de cristal, espelho mágico, holograma, mas informem algo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho um absurdo no mundo tecnológico e de fácil comunicação, não existir uma maneira prática, online ou alguém que possa atender o servidor para marcação de sua perícia. Estou há vários dias tentando ligar e não tenho conseguido. Enviei um e-mail, aguardo retorno.
I think it's absurd in the technological world and easy communication, there is no practical way, online or someone who can service the server to mark your expertise. I've been trying to call for several days and I haven't been able to. I sent an email, I await return.

Então com quem falar sobre processo de aposentadoria se ninguém me atende nem ao telefone pra agendar uma data, e nem se eu aparecer sem agenda?
No meu local de trabalho também ninguém me ajuda porque serviço público não tem RH, só tem DP mesmo, século retrasado.
Nobody answers the phones, only when they want. Being attended without prior appointment is not possible.
So who can I talk to about the retirement process if no one answers me, not even on the phone to schedule a date, and not even if I show up without an agenda?
In my workplace, no one helps me either, because the public service doesn't have HR, it only has DP, century before the end.

I need to access paycheck and I can't....all channels blocked. They ask to get in touch with "personnel management".
But how ? DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! The 800 does not complete! I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK. This is a mirror of our Government!
