★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui mal atendido aqui. Sempre é bom lembrar que o efetivo não consegue dar conta de tanto serviço. Isso ocorre não pela má vontade, pela falta de suporte estrutural. Creio que muito pode ser feito em termos de melhorias, mas dizer que fui mal atendido seria no mínimo um equivoco.
 I've never been treated poorly here. It is always good to remember that the actual can not account for either service. This is not the unwillingness, lack of structural support. I believe that much can be done in terms of improvements, but say that was attended evil would at least be a mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Ninguém atende telefones, como se tivessem tirado da tomada. Quando finalmente atendem, depois de inúmeras tentativas, todos dias, os funcionários demonstram despreparo, má vontade em passar informações, mau humor, não dizem sequer, boa tarde.
Terrible attendance! No one answers phones, as if they had been unplugged. When they finally answer, after countless attempts every day, employees show unpreparedness, unwillingness to pass on information, moodiness, they don't even say, good afternoon.

FALTA DE RESPEITO PARA COM OS TRABALHADORES! Tem um email num papel colado no portão mas até agora ninguém me respondeu. NADA! Estão recebendo o dinheiro dos contribuintes SEM TRABALHAR!
We are given over to cockroaches. I went last week to solve the problem of my allowance and it's been closed for 2 years and we don't know who else to turn to. NO RESPECT FOR WORKERS! There is an email on a piece of paper pasted on the gate but so far no one has replied to me. ANYTHING! They are receiving taxpayers' money WITHOUT WORKING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei o ministério do trabalho no dia de hj,,02/05/2022e pra minha surpresa não fui atendida , porque segundo uma pessoa que se encontrava no local,a mesma é funcionária,(limpeza) falou que o atendimento é (online ou por telefone) mais segundo ela falou que tinha um funcionário mais que o atendimento era online.
I looked for the Ministry of Labor today, 05/02/2022 and to my surprise I was not answered, because according to a person who was at the place, she is an employee, (cleaning) said that the service is (online or by phone) more second she said she had an employee more that the service was online.
