★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá no ministério, não tinha movimento nenhum, pois trabalham com agendamento, porém quando ligamos ninguém atende, horrível isso, um monte de pessoas paradas olhando o Telefone tocar...só pode, minha opinião

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei o meu horário para às 12:00, a pessoa que atende no guichê 3 no dia 15/08/2019 atendeu outra pessoa no meu horário e foi totalmente prepotente e me disse que teria que esperar ela atender a pessoa.
Infelizmente temos que nos sujeitar a esse tipo de atendimento.
I scheduled my time for 12:00, the person who answers at window 3 on 08/15/2019 answered someone else on my schedule and was totally overbearing and told me he would have to wait for him to answer the person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível conseguir agendar sem precisar ir até la, esse telefone que consta ai acima ninguém atende, o número 158 sempre ocupado, a agendamento pelo site indisponível. Resumindo, tudo pra dificultar a vida do cidadão, em plena PANDEMIA as pessoas não conseguem resolver as coisas sem precisar sair de casa. Indignada com tamanha falta de respeito.
