Terrible no one answers, I can't speak to anyone, just recording tells me to choose the option, the connection "goes mute" and hangs up.

São 200 fichas entregues por dia, começa a entrega as 7h da manhã e tem gente que tá aqui as 5h da manhã pra pegar ficha após isso não pega mais, tem alguns atendimentos a parte das fichas como o seguro desemprego (que foi o meu caso). Cheguem cedo que dá certo
People the phone doesn't answer so don't waste time. There are 200 chips delivered per day, delivery starts at 7 am and there are people who are here at 5 am to pick up a chip after that they don't take it anymore, there are some calls apart from the chips such as unemployment insurance (which was my case ). Arrive early it works

Nobody answers the phone, how can we still live in a country where it's just knowing that there's no punishment if you don't do the right thing.
