★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INDIGNAÇÃO.....vim de minas gerais ...larguei meu serviço para um agendamento que marquei para 13:55 eles mudaram de endereço não avisaram em lugar nenhum ... cheguei no endereço antigo e atrasei 10 min ...e o que me falaram e que agendasse de novo pois colocaram um anúncio na porta a uma semana,então se eu moro fora como poderia ver este aviso ..... cambada de incompetente...perdi meu tempo dinheiro com essa viagem e não tive nem um tipo de respeito neste lugar que deveria estar ali para servir a população
..fui atendido atrás de um portão com um vigilante despreparado e sem educação... Que só falou 'agende novamente e fazendo cara de paisagem virou as costas 'sera que se fosse com a mãe de vocês seria esse tratamento 'mais uma vez eu digo que os dez minutos que atrazei foi o motivo de o endereço de vocês estarem errado para a consulta na internet ...local pelo qual e feito o agendamento....muito desrespeito com o contribuinte ...me senti um lixo ...fica aí minha opinião por esse departamento da receita em três Rios .... despreparados.
INDIGNATION ..... I came from Minas Gerais ... I dropped my service to a schedule that I set to 13:55 they changed their address nowhere they warned ... I arrived at the old address and delayed 10 min ... and the who told me and to schedule again because they put an ad on the door a week ago, so if I live outside how could see this warning ..... lots of incompetent ... I lost my time money with this trip and had no a kind of respect in this place that should be there to serve the population
..I was attended behind a gate with an unprepared and uneducated vigilante ... Who just said 'book it again and make a face with a landscape turned your back' will be that if it was with your mother would be this treatment 'once again I I say that the ten minutes I was late was the reason that your address was wrong for the consultation on the internet ... place by which the appointment was made .... much disrespect with the taxpayer ... I felt like rubbish .this is my opinion for this revenue department in three Rivers .... unprepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só precisava trocar meu nome moro em outra cidade ,me desloquei fui atendido mas não resolveram nada disseram que ia ligar ou mandar email mais não ligaram não mandaram e-mail e agora não atendem o telefone afinal não tem compromisso com as pessoas.
I just needed to change my name I live in another city, I moved I was answered but they didn't solve anything they said I would call or send an email but they didn't call they didn't send an email and now they don't answer the phone after all there's no commitment to people.
