★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é péssimo. Não tem supervisor ou responsável pelo setor, com isso cada funcionário faz o que quer. Estive segunda feira dia 29/10 a tarde e como no site não está escrito que é necessário original da certidão de nascimento levei a cópia autenticada, a recepcionista muito mal educada disse que só poderia ser feita a carteira de trabalho com a certidão original comuniquei que iria pedir alguém para trazer o documento ela disse que eu teria 10 min para isso, levei 13 e fui informada que não podia ser atendida. O interessante é que as pessoas ficam horas para serem atendida infringindo o direito recíproco dos cidadãos.
